I finished The Picture of Dorian Gray a few days ago and I just got done with Confessions of a Shopaholic. Now I'm reading I, Lucifer (I'm about 50 pages in and I love it)

Cool. I really liked the picture of dorian gray. What's the general plot to I, Lucifer so far? I liked it too. A lot. I, Lucifer is wonderfullllll (so far). It's grotesquely humorous and satiric (but not satanic). It's basically about Lucifer (duh, satan) and he is on earth in another man's body. I shall now quote a small section of it that will most certainly make you want to read it. (here they're talking about the creation of Adam and Eve): "The first thing to say about Eve is that she was a big improvement on the Adam design, or that the Adam was an extremely misguided variation on the Eve design. (Consider testicles. Two concentrated nuclei of absolute vulnerability. Where? Dangling between the legs. I rest my case.)So, pretty much an amazing book.

Well I just finished it. Great read. Now I'm starting A Clockwork Orange. The 60's lingo kind of threw me off at first but once you get into it it's a cool book.

If you like David Sedaris, Barrel Fever is really good, it's even stranger than Me Talk Pretty One Day...and it's fiction, but it's quite funny in a disturbing way.

Thanks to Irene, I got I, Lucifer from the library yesterday, and I really like it so far I was hooked from the first paragraph. And I'll read that book you recommended after I finish A Clockwork Orange.

I bought I, Lucifer a few weeks ago, but I haven't been able to start it yet. I'm still working on Party Monster, which is pretty good. Twisted and sad, but good.

I've read about the movie party monster, but not that it was a book. Seems like it'd beinteresting in that twisted way ((which i like)) hehe.

It's definitely interesting and I recommend it. I'd quote this one part that I found really funny, but it's kind of sick at the same time lol.
