My mom and I listen to her, we have most of her cds. I've seen her live before, which was kinda cool.

I wanna see her live, but everytime she's in town, for one reason or another i can't make it to the shows, the live dvd is kinda boring, but i think you need to be there to feel the energy and stuff.

Yeah, there's definitely a lot of energy at her shows. I remember she had her pianos set up so that they were facing each other. Then she had her bench between them so that she could play both pianos at the same time. Snazzy stuff. ..and most of the people sitting around me were smoking pot. lol. Just thought I'd throw that random fact in.

i ended up seeing tori last night, it was definitely a sight seeing her playing two pianos at once... she did a lovely cover of damien rice's "the blowers daughter" she also did that 'some say love, it is a river' song, which i was tempted to start acting out the happy hands club (i think thats what it was called? if you've seen napolean dynamite you know what i'm talking about) hand movements to, but i resisted, haha... the ditty bops opened, which is the main reason i went... and it was free, free is always good...
