I've never read a million little pieces. Right now i'm reading Kill The Messanger . it's not that good, but i feel the need to finish it none the less. it's one of those that is supposed to be like all suspenseful, yet it's really predictable. Also, it's like this bike messanger that has information about a murder, yet he is scared of the cops so he won't go talk to them cause he thinks they'll arrest him for it....yet if he'd just go talk to them they just want to question him, as a witness...so they pretty much go on this huge chase looking for him, when he could've just went & talked to them and it would've been done. but i guess that wouldn't make for a good book, cause it would've only been like 10 pages long I'm about to start Odd Thomas by dean koontz. he's one of my favorites..but i tried reading the first few pages and it didn't really captivate me....and decided to finish kill the messanger before reading it.

I just finished Memiors of a Geisha, and loved it. The movie wasn't too great, though. Now I'm starting Portrait of an Artist as a Young Man. I'm on page five, and i'm like, wtf? but.. maybe I'll get it after a few more chapters?

I just got a book from the library called Utterly Monkey, and I'm not even sure what it's about, but I liked the title, so I got it

I loved the da vinci code, though i think the whole buzz about the movie/book is kinda lame. Haven't read wicked, let me know how it is.

Not long ago I finished reading I am not myself these days by Josh Kilmer-Purcel --I thought it was really good, and it was a quick-read. It's about a transvestite who dates a male-escort, if you will, who's addicted to coke. It's a memior ... Acknowledged by James Frey.. If that makes you guys wanna read it any more. XP haha I dunno. Just go check it out. =]

Sounds interesting. Someday I'll get a library card and actually get a chance to do some reading.

I'm reading A Long Way Down right now by Nick Hornby, and it's really good....it's about these four random people who are going to commit suicide on new year's eve and they all end up on the top of the same building.

Thread necromancy.
Anyway
EVERYONE READ HOUSE OF LEAVES.
It's really long, really tiring, and most of all, REALLY FUCKING WEIRD.
Seriously, the complexity of this book is crazy. Go to the library/bookstore and flip through it. It's written very well, but it's also physically written bizzarely on the page.
I would try to describe the plot to you, but there's no way I could without dramatic hand gestures and more patience. If you have enough free time, definetly pick it up.
